With a focus on technique and flow, you will be able to gain the awareness and ability to develop and execute your strength; leaving you feeling mindfully balanced, strong, and re-energized.
Individual Training - Developed to establish proper body control, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Addressing and correcting muscle imbalances that may be inhibiting performance and/or creating pain.
Stretch Therapy - Neuromuscular stretching when integrated with inhibition, activation, and integration exercises, can be used to effectively enhance your fitness and well-being. Used to correct faulty movement patterns, specifically to lengthen shortened neuromyofascial tissues.
Balance Training - Designed to improve balance, stability, and confidence; allowing you to feel strong and capable in your everyday life.
